Last moment to use the tourist voucher
These are the last days to download the tourist voucher from the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE). The final deadline is March 31, 2023, but it can be used to pay a deposit, for example, for this year's holidays. It is important that the payment is made before March 31, the day the program expires.
The voucher can be downloaded and redeemed until March 31, 2023. The funds from the voucher can also be used as a prepayment for a tourism or accommodation service that will be fulfilled after March 31 this year - e.g., during this year’s holidays.
It is important that the payment is made before March 31, the day the Polish Tourist Voucher program expires. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, other payment means, or other means of exchange.
- How to activate the voucher?
The benefit activation takes place on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE) of ZUS. After logging into their PUE account, the parent just needs to fill in their contact details and then activate the voucher, receiving a unique 16-digit number. When paying with the voucher, it must be provided, after which the guardian receives an individual code via SMS to confirm the transaction.
If the Polish Tourist Voucher tab is missing on the eligible person’s individual PUE ZUS profile, an appropriate application must be submitted to the Polish Tourist Organization, with a template available on the website: https://bonturystyczny.polska.travel/
