Where are the Cybulski Guest Rooms located?

We are located in the very center of Krakow, 600 m west of the Main Market Square. On a small quiet street Cybulskiego, between Garncarska and Wenecja streets. Thanks to this location, exploring the city does not require using public transport. Please see the map of Krakow here.

How to get to Cybulskiego 6 after arriving in Krakow?

We recommend taking a taxi. Affordable taxi companies include ICAR (tel. +48 12 800 00 00) and Mega Taxi (tel. +48 12 19625). Most taxi companies pick up passengers from the taxi rank located above the railway platforms at the main train station. The fare from Kraków Główny Railway Station should not exceed PLN 25. You can also reach us by tram or bus from the main railway and bus stations. Catch the tram/bus at Teatr Słowackiego stop, then travel two stops to Teatr Bagatela. From there, walk approximately 300 metres along Krupnicza Street, turn left onto Garncarska Street, and after about 100 metres you will see Cybulskiego Street on your right. We also offer airport transfers from Kraków John Paul II International Airport (Balice) for as little as PLN 90. Please arrange your pickup time in advance by email and let us know your flight arrival time.

How to walk to the Old Town?

It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Old Town. From the tenement house, turn right and then left (Garncarska Street), then right again onto Studencka Street, after 300 m cross Podwale Street, and then along Św. Anna Street you reach the Main Market Square.

How to make a reservation?

The best way is to send us an email or call us. You can also use the online booking system on our website, remembering that not all rooms are available there. Go to booking.

How to pay for the reservation?

We do not require any payment when making a reservation. You pay for the stay on the day of arrival at our property in Polish Zloty or Euro. We accept payment cards.

Can I pay by card and do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, we accept most payment cards.
Of course, we issue VAT invoices.

Is a deposit required for the stay?

We accept deposits only during periods of high occupancy (e.g., May weekend, New Year's Eve).

How to get the keys to the room?

We wait for you at the reception at Cybulskiego 6 (a side street from Garncarska Street). Please use the RECEPTION button or intercom number 5 (Stefaniuk) at the gate to the tenement house.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The hotel day lasts here from 14:00 (arrival day) to 11:00 (departure day).

Where can I park my car?

Street parking (city centre)
Paid parking applies throughout Kraków city centre. The parking fees are PLN 9 for the first hour, PLN 10 for the second hour, PLN 11 for the third hour, and PLN 9 for each additional hour. The paid parking zone operates Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. More information is available here.

You can reserve a parking space with us, located approximately 30 metres from the property, for PLN 50 per day. If you would like to make a reservation, please contact us in advance.

Can I stay in the room after 11:00?

Yes, whenever possible! Regarding check-out times, we try to be flexible. If you need to extend your stay by a few hours, please contact the reception - they will inform you if it is possible that day.
